Friends Resilience programme

Session details

'Friends' is an evidence- based programme that has been shown to reduce anxiety  and depression and build resilience in children and young people age 11-15years.

In this session we aim to show how we have delivered the programme to students at Bordesley Green Girls' School and the impact it has had on some of our students.

The Friends Programme needs to be led by a licenced facilitator who has completed  'Friends' training. We will pass on information about how to obtain training to become a Friends facilitator.
