Aims:
A.To discuss and develop strategies for observing lessons.
B.To develop strategies for giving feedback after observations.
The session will give participants a range of practical techniques for observing lessons and giving feedback to teachers. This session was developed after participation in the National College for Teaching and Leadership NPQSL programme and also whilst working with curriculum team leaders at this school.

About the Presenter
Name: Dulce Allen
Job title/role: Assistant Head Teacher: Teaching & Learning and Science
Dulce Allen has 16 years' experience as a science teacher in Birmingham schools and has been a curriculum leader for 10 years. Her main focus as Teaching and Learning AHT is Quality Assurance. The BGGS Science team won the TES Science and Technology Team of the Year award in June 2016 under her leadership.
